Acute Decompensated Heart Failure and EMS

Almost all of us have seen more patients with decompensated heart failure in the field than we probably realized. This is kind of fun disease to treat, because you can get the person from close-to-intubation status back to Chillin’ almost by the time you get to the hospital in many cases.
